Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we'll gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost if the issue is determined to be our responsibility.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
